Mr Peter Homberg is partner of the law firm Raupach & Wollert-Elmendorff and head of its Frankfurt office and of Raupach's Life Sciences Practice Group. He is specialized in R&D and cooperation agreements, cross-border IP licensing and IP strategies as well as in M&A transactions. Peter advises companies in the pharmaceuticals, diagnostics and biotechnology industry – from start-ups to large publicly listed companies. Furthermore he has broad experience in Southeast Asia and advises companies from there regarding their investment in Germany and Europe and vice versa.
