Participating in the above panel discussion is Dr Trang Nguyen Hoang Hanh, Head, Medical Affairs & Clinical Operations, Sanofi-aventis, Vietnam. She will be one of the panelists at the discussion held at Pharma Trials World Asia 2012, part of a series of conferences at the 5th Annual BioPharma Asia Convention 2012.

Dr Trang Nguyen Hoang Hanh has been appointed Head of Medical Affair and Clinical Operations in Sanofi Vietnam since 2008 after 3 years of experience in Clinical Study and Health Economics. In this position, she has made substantial contributions in developing the clinical trial system in Vietnam through good management of all clinical trials handled by Sanofi as well as the development of internal capacity to manage qualified studies. Currently, Sanofi is one of the pioneers committed to partnering with the Ministry Of Health in Vietnam to establish Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guideline as well as to develop the clinical trial system in Vietnam. Her team has also successfully introduced this new concept to the medical doctors in Vietnam.
